Situated within the V & A Waterfront Marina, in the Gulmarn apartment building, these waterfront luxury accommodation apartments are comparable to a 4 star hotel.
These waterfront luxury accommodation apartments are one bedroom luxury self-catering apartments that can accommodate up to two guests – some units have sofa beds in the lounge ( suitable for a small child)

Please note that this is a smoke-free building – smoking is allowed on the large terrace only.
The bathroom has modern fixtures, some units have bathtubs – others have walk in showers and no bathtubs – if you need a bathtub, please check availability, when you make an enquiry.
The bedroom, lounge and the large terrace have partial views of the canal.
There is air-conditioning and under-floor heating at this waterfront luxury accommodation apartment; TV sets with satellite reception and DVD player, as well as a music system.
The kitchen, with it’s granite counter-tops, has been designed for fuss-free self-catering with all necessary appliances (including dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer) provided.
WiFi internet is provided free of charge – unlimited use
The underground garage is included in our rate and provides secure parking for your vehicle; it is monitored via CCTV camera and an elevator will take you up to your apartment.
Because safety is our first priority, the building is secure with a 24-hour security desk and safety patrols by uniformed guards.
The waterfront luxury accommodation apartments also have safes built-in for storing your valuables.
The rates for this waterfront luxury accommodation are per apartment, per night – NOT per person. All utilities are included in our rates, however there is no telephone in this apartment.
We provide a free cleaning service five days a week for added convenience.
Guests have access to a gym and three pools that are located within the complex, which are exclusive to residents. All taxes and levies are also included in our rates.
A minimum stay of five days is required at this apartment and we also require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Payments are to be made via EFT (bank transfer) – we do accept credit cards payments with a small surcharge
Small discounts are available for returning guests and / or those staying for two or more weeks.
Please note: Late check in fee is R 300 from 19.00 – 24.00 hours and R 400 after midnight
Please note that as of October 1, 2008 all short-term guests (less than three months) will be required to pay a fee of 150 rand per month for an access card, which will allow guests access the Quarterdeck gym and swimming pool areas.
