Located within the luxurious Juliette apartment block, this trendy one bedroom self catering V & A Waterfront apartment was completed in May 2006 to very high standards and consists of fine quality finishes that are comparable to a 4 star hotel.

These two almost identical apartments are situated on the third and fourth floors of a seven storey building. Apartments can accommodate a maximum of three people.
The single bedroom has a queen-size bed to accommodate a couple, however a mattress and bedding can be provided in the living room for an extra guest at this self catering V & A Waterfront apartment.
Each self catering V & A Waterfront apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, under-floor heating, satellite (DSTV), a TV set, DVD player and music system in the lounge. Wireless Internet is high speed and free of charge – unlimited use
The bathrooms of these luxury flats have walk in showers ( no bathtubs).
The bathrooms and kitchens of this self catering V & A Waterfront apartment boast granite counter-tops with quality appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering vacation, including all necessary appliances, including dishwashers, washing machines and dryers.
The Juliette is situated within the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Marina, which is gated and guarded at all times; 24 hour security desk and security patrols by uniformed guards ensure your safety.
A garage with CCTV monitors provides secure parking for your vehicle and a lift gives access directly to the self catering V & A waterfront apartment.
This is a non-smoking self catering V & A waterfront apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the large balcony.
The rates for the Juliette are per apartment, per night; NOT per person. Rates include all utilities, complimentary housekeeping twice a week, as well as all levies and taxes.
Please note that there is no telephone in this apartment.
Guests have full access to three outdoor swimming pools (one heated), plus a gym within the complex – exclusive to residents and guests at the apartment.
Maid service is provided free of charge Monday thru Friday ( except on holidays)
A five day minimum stay is required and payments must be made by bank transfer (EFT); we do accept credit cards for this apartment with a small surcharge. Discounted rates are available for returning guests and those staying for longer than two weeks.
Please note: Late check in fee is R 300 from 19.00 – 24.00 hours and R 400 after midnight
Please note that effective 1 October 2008, all short-term tenants (stays less than three months) will be required to pay a fee of 170 Rand per month in order to utilize the Quarterdeck gym and swimming pool area. The access card will provide guests with access to the gym and pools via the Quarterdeck office.

As a matter of fact, the organization which I serve has just decided to hold the next meeting of our Board of Directors in South Africa. We don’t have the exact dates yet but I assure you that, based on our previous experience, we will certainly want to stay in Juliette 307 (or another of your units) when we are in Cape Town.
