The Waterclub are exclusive residential Cape Town luxury apartments. They are situated close to the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Harbour. Stunning views of the marina can be seen from the Cape Town luxury apartments. Guests have reported seeing seals, whales and even dolphins.

This Cape Town luxury apartments boasts a boardwalk with a private pier, which is ideal for taking leisurely walks in the early morning or evening. Many fantastic shops are available, restaurants and a golf course are within easy walking distance of The Waterclub.

Description:

This is a bright, happy and well-maintained 3 bedroom Cape Town luxury apartments situated on the top (third) floor with open views of the V & A marina and the ocean beyond.
The modern indoor living space measures roughly 135 square metres. There is a balcony measuring 30 square metres.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite with a shower and a bath. It also has a flat screen TV and stunning views of the marina below.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. This second room has views of the stadium and the golf course.

The third bedroom of these Cape Town luxury apartments contains a double bed. It also has views of the golf course and Cape Town stadium.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen both enjoy beautiful views. The lounge leads out to a spacious balcony. It also has a flat-screen TV with DSTV and PVR, as well as blinds (electronically operated) and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Free ADSL WiFi is available for your personal laptop and devices.

A free weekly cleaning service is included in the rates, along with the finest quality linen and towels provided.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all cookware and utensils, a large fridge, plus a washing machine for your convenience.

Under-floor heating is supplied throughout the apartment. For short-term rentals the cost of electricity is included, however for longer stays we handle electicity as an allowance.

You will find a dining table with six chairs and two wingback chairs outside on the balcony. This makes it the perfect spot for whale watching (in season).

The complex has a large pool, exclusive to Waterclub residents. The pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens, which overlook the exclusive marina.

24-Hour security is based within the complex. Regular ground patrols ensure the safety of you and your family. Additionally, there is safe and convenient basement parking for your vehicle.

Please note that a min stay of 5 days is required, except over the festive season when a 12 day min stay is expected. Guests often ask to extend their vacation stay as they find it hard to leave.
