Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is conveniently situated near fine restaurants, shops and the popular Cape Town harbour. Kylemore B is one of the latest luxury V & A Waterfront apartment within the V & A Waterfront residential marina area.

Description:

This luxury V & A Waterfront apartment boasts more than 114 square metres of indoor living space, with another 30 square metres of outdoor balcony space.

This residential complex has 2 swimming pools available for guests to use. It also has as a gym and another pool for short-term membership at a very affordable cost.

The main bedroom of this luxury V & A Waterfront apartment has a queen-size bed with en-suite bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower.

The lounge and both bedrooms face the lagoon / canal and each has direct access to the spacious balcony which runs the entire width of the apartment.

A fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher makes self-catering a pleasure; for your convenience there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in this luxury V & A Waterfront apartment.

Just some of the apartments’ amenities include: air-conditioning, travertine floors, flat screen TV and full DSTV / satellite. There is broadband internet access available through the marina management at a reasonable cost. We have a wireless router in the apartment itself.

A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional days are available if required (at a reasonable cost).

We ensure the highest level of security in our apartments, from gated entrances to 24 hour security patrols and two parking bays in a secure garage, situated on the same level as the apartment.
